GLUTEN FREE TRUFFLES:

INGREDIENTS:
Approx 300g gluten free sweet biscuits
i.e. "naturally good" coconut crunch or "Bi-Aglut Biscotti
1/2 can condensed milk (may need a little extra depending on the biscuit used)
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
Extra coconut

METHOD:
Crush biscuits in food processor, add cocoa, coconut and condensed milk.
Mix until thoroughly combined, adding a little extra condensed milk if necessary.
Roll into balls the size of a large walnut using damp hands
Coat in extra coconut
Refrigerate until firm
